As in previous years, we rely on active help in various areas. We are convinced that everyone will find something with us to contribute and make the festival better in their own way.

GENERAL INFORMATION
During the registration process, you can let us know where you would like to support us the most. We do our best to coordinate our volunteers fairly, ensuring a balanced distribution of tasks and that everyone gets a role they enjoy. However, please be aware that we may need to assign you to a different position than the one you selected in the registration form.
During the festival, you will complete your shifts in two 5-hour blocks. Please note that you may be scheduled for a night or early morning shift. Shift allocation is managed by our team and will be communicated via email as soon as possible.
If you would like to take on more than two shifts to ease your budget by earning additional drink or food vouchers, feel free to indicate this in your registration form.
COMPENSATION
Of course, your help will not go unrewarded. We are happy to offer you a free festival ticket, drink and food vouchers, as well as exciting insights behind the scenes of a festival. Here’s exactly what you’ll receive for your working hours:
Shifts during the festival:
10h > Festival ticket (3-day pass)
15h > Festival ticket (3-day pass) + 1 food voucher / 3 drink vouchers
20h > Festival ticket (3-day pass) + 2 food vouchers / 6 drink vouchers
25h > Festival ticket (3-day pass) + 3 food vouchers / 9 drink vouchers
30h or more > Festival ticket (3-day pass) + 4 food vouchers / 12 drink vouchers
Shifts for setup/takedown:
2 days > Festival ticket (3-day pass)
3 days > Festival ticket (3-day pass) + 1 food voucher / 3 drink vouchers
4 days > Festival ticket (3-day pass) + 2 food vouchers / 6 drink vouchers
5 days > Festival ticket (3-day pass) + 3 food vouchers / 9 drink vouchers
6 days or more > Festival ticket (3-day pass) + 4 food vouchers / 12 drink vouchers
ARRIVAL AND TRANSPORT
A shuttle bus runs directly from Wolfenschiessen train station to the festival site. As a volunteer, you can use it for free. Simply show us your confirmation email.
Please note that arriving by car during the festival (FR-SU) is unfortunately not possible due to limited space.
During the setup and teardown phases, there are generally no shuttle buses. However, you are welcome to arrive with your car during this time. If you need transport from Lucerne or Wolfenschiessen, please get in touch with us, and we'll find a way to coordinate.
CATERING
For the setup and teardown, your catering is taken care of. During the festival, you can use the meal and drink vouchers provided at our volunteer food stand.
CHECK-IN
You will receive all information about your shifts before the festival. For this, you will be added to a relevant WhatsApp group. If you do not have WhatsApp, please let us know when registering.
The WhatsApp group will not only serve as an information source but also as a point of contact for any questions regarding your shifts, tasks, etc.
Please be at your assigned work location 15 minutes before the start of your shift during the festival. This will help us ensure a smooth shift change.
DEPOT
Based on experiences from the last two years, we require all volunteers to pay a deposit before the festival. This is simply a security measure for us to ensure that everyone attends their shifts as agreed. The amount of the deposit corresponds to the ticket price of Phase 4.
The deposit will be refunded to you after the festival, provided you have completed your shifts.
UNTERKUNFT/CAMPING
A large meadow is available for setting up your tent, both during the festival and during setup and teardown. Please bring weather-appropriate gear, as the weather can be very changeable.
Showers (during the festival) and sanitary facilities will be provided.
If you are involved in the setup, you will have the advantage of reserving a good camping spot.
