1. general terms and conditions:
By purchasing an admission ticket to the festival, the purchaser accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
The festival visitor agrees to being recorded as part of the audience before, during and after the festival in image, sound and video recordings. These recordings may be used and exploited commercially and without compensation by the organiser and/or third parties. He expressly and irrevocably waives the right to assert his personal rights in this regard.
Festival visitors must be at least 18 years old. The organisers decline any responsibility and/or liability in the event of non-compliance.
2. security regulations:
The organisers' staff will check admission tickets and wristbands at the official entrance to the festival site and campsite.
All visitors are obliged to follow the instructions of the staff on site. Failure to do so will result in removal from the festival area without refund of the ticket price.
3. programme:
The organisers have no influence whatsoever on the design and content of the artists' performances. The organisers accept no liability in this respect.
The organisers reserve the right to change the content and/or programme of the festival at any time and without prior notice.
4. noise emissions:
The organisers accept no responsibility for any damage to hearing or health.
5 Access to the festival and behaviour on the festival site:
5.1 Entrance:
On presentation of a personal ticket at the entrance, a wristband will be issued which must be worn throughout the festival on the festival site and the campsite.
Torn wristbands will not be refunded and do not entitle the holder to make use of the organiser's services, in particular admission, and are invalid.
Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
Persons who remain on the festival site without a properly attached wristband will be turned away.
5.2 Recordings:
Image, sound, film and video recordings of artists performing at the festival are not permitted. Recordings for private use are generally permitted.
The commercial use and exploitation of image, sound, film and video recordings of artists performing at the festival, festival visitors or the festival infrastructure is prohibited.
Infringements will be prosecuted under civil and criminal law.
5.3 Further rules:
Prohibited objects and animals on the festival site are:
Glass, all firearms, spraying, stabbing, striking and slashing weapons as well as other objects categorised as dangerous, in particular pocket knives (bag knives)
Pyrotechnic objects, petards, dry ice and animals.
No more than one 0.5 litre PET bottle per person may be brought onto the festival site.
A deposit of CHF 2.00 will be charged for each drink purchased on the festival site. The deposit will be refunded at all bars and drinks stands (excluding food trucks/stands). Organised collection of deposits by individuals or organisations - even under the guise of a ‘good cause’ - is prohibited without prior consultation with the organiser. In the event of offences, such persons will be expelled from the festival site without refund of the ticket price.
No fires may be lit on the festival site without the permission of the organiser.
6. tickets:
Tickets may only be purchased through the ticket providers designated by the Organiser.
6.1 No right of return or refund:
Under no circumstances is there a right to return the ticket or a right to a refund of the purchase price of the ticket.
In particular, festival visitors also recognise that changes may be made to the festival line-up at any time, even at short notice, whether this is due to a change in performance times or an artist not performing at all. These and similar circumstances do not justify either a right to return the ticket or a claim for a refund of the ticket price.
7 Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser accepts no liability for its own conduct or that of its assistants. Entering cordoned-off or marked areas is at your own risk. The organiser is not liable for any consequences of entering such areas and the resulting damage. In particular, the organiser and its assistants are not liable for bodily injury or financial loss caused to festival visitors by third parties (e.g. stand operators).
The organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost property will be kept for a certain period of time after the festival.
8. final provisions:
If the festival has to be cancelled or postponed due to force majeure (e.g. war, death or illness of an artist, severe weather, disasters, unrest, threat, warning or act of terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, official ban or non-approval of the festival through no fault of the festival, etc.), there is no entitlement to a return of the ticket or a refund of the ticket purchase price, but the ticket can only be exchanged for a ticket for the next edition of the festival.
If the festival has to be interrupted or cancelled due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to a return of the ticket, a refund of the ticket price or an exchange for the next edition of the festival. Any temporary interruption of the festival after the opening of the festival (e.g. due to bad weather) is deemed to be an interruption of the festival. Any cancellation of the festival after the opening of the festival (e.g. due to an official ban) is deemed to be a cancellation of the festival.
